We had a wonderful dinner here yesterday. The service was excellent. Fast and always helpful and friendly. We even had a free Limoncello in the end. The drinks were nice and the food was excellent. We started with a big platter for two of the vegetarian Antipasti. A nice selection of grilled and marinated veggies. The pizza after that was great. Good dough and not too much toppings. The Gamberoni Mediterraneo tasted really nice, but it was a bit too much sauce and onions. The tiramisu at the end tasted lovely. It was just a bit too dry. Could take a bit more Amaretto Overall it was a really positive surprise and we will be back.

Very friendly staff. Portion sizes are quite generous. Excellent menu choices including vegetarian & gluten free options. The pasta based dishes are probably one of the best we've ever tasted (we're Italian!). Chicken baded dishes were also amazingly good. Calzone was probably best I've ever tasted (with unusually generous filling!). Only the lasagna was rated only average by my son (but i thought it tasted okay!). Only criticism we had was we handed over a birthday cake for our daughter's 30th without her seeing but staff kept coming over to ask if we wanted a desert & because we kept declining our daughter guessed we had a cake which was meant to be a surprise! But when they eventually brought it over they were great, playing the obligatory birthday song etc. Other than that we can't praise it enough & will definitely be going back soon!

A very nice reataurant. We had a lovely family meal.Right in the centre of the city, it makes a good choice for everybody. I highly recommend it. Lovey food and nice service.

Saturday lunch just after 130pm. Restaurant quiet food excellent. Can't understand why Restaurant isn't busier. We will be back after a delightful experience.

We visited Alloro for the first time and were extremely impressed with the whole experience. The food was outstanding, presented brilliantly, great portions and incredible taste. The atmosphere was lovely and our waitress Anouska was amazing, very welcoming, friendly, helpful and had a great attitude. We will definitely be back, thank you for a fantastic evening.

Delicious food, great & fast service, will come here again. Love the Lamb shank the gravy, mashed and the lamb is just perfect it’s flavorful also the pan fried chicken fillet is amazing the bolognese on the side is tasty. We are a family of 7 and we ordered different meal and everything is just 10/10. Highly recommended

The food was very tasty, hearty and freshly cooked — it really looked the part and we all enjoyed our meals. However, there was some confusion around the children’s menu shown online. When we asked about it, we were told quite bluntly that it wasn’t an option. I showed our waitress the online menu, but she firmly stated they “don’t use the internet” and that the offer wasn’t available. I politely suggested it might be worth updating or removing the online menu, as some customers will expect what’s advertised to be honoured. The same waitress also came across quite stern throughout our visit and we didn’t see a single smile, which was a shame given how good the food was. Overall, the meal itself was excellent — a few improvements in communication and customer service would make the experience even better.
